Justice for Sanjiv Bhatt

To

Chief Justice

Supreme Court of India

Delhi

Respected Sir,

We, the citizens of India, are expressing our concern about the suppression of a courageous police officer who, in the interest of the public, chose to speak the truth and pursue the path of justice in the face of communal violence resulting from the politics and administration's collusion.

Sanjiv Bhatt, as a police officer, stood up for truth and justice in front of the court, despite losing his job as a penalty for telling the truth. He was falsely implicated in cases and imprisoned.

Sanjiv Bhatt has been fined ₹3 lakhs for filing an application in court, and an additional ₹5,000 has been imposed by the lower court.

We are aware that many irregularities are happening during the trial against him, and rules are being violated.

The people of India know the truth about Sanjiv Bhatt, and they have contributed ₹3 lakhs from their pockets for the court's fine.

In the case of Sanjiv Bhatt, the court's credibility, his dignity, and his reputation are at stake.

If Sanjiv Bhatt is convicted on false charges and continues to be harassed, Indian courts will lose the faith of the people.

As the Chief Justice of India's Supreme Court, we request that you please take note of this and personally review all his cases, exonerating Sanjiv Bhatt from all false charges.
